WHO DOES YOUR REAL-ESTATE AGENT REALLY REPRESENT?
SURPRISE! Without an Official Buyer's Agreement between you the buyer
and your Realtor, he/she by customary professional conduct represents the seller!

Only Buyer's Agents provide you these valuable services:

  • Discuss with you all aspects about properties you may be considering. Including "inside"information known or discovered about the properties seller which may prove invaluable when negotiating pricing and allowances.
  • Offer you confidential advice on pricing and terms before writing a contract
  • Use their experience and expertise to negotiate a contract on your behalf
  • Act as your personal strategist throughout the home buying process, all the way to settlement.
  • Speak with you in complete confidentiality about your particular financial and personal situation which greatly affects your ability to deal with the seller and their agent.
  • Disclose any property defects of which the agent is aware or discovers in the process.
  • Complete all legal contracts and submiit offers in a manner that protects your interest
  • Be present at your closing or settlement to ensure appropriate processing and transfer.

REMEMBER- Realty Agents always have a duty to the Seller.

UNLESS- you request them to be your personal Buyer's Agent
